The only problem with it is it looks like they resold the dope as apparently they were charged with drug dealing as well. Robbing the dealers and taking their money? No I don't have a problem. If you want to deal dope and someone takes your dope and/or your money, too frigging bad. for chest you bench, dumb bell bench, flys, x3 sets. for back dead lift, pull ups, rows. Triceps get a good work out from chest so i would recommend just skull crushers. for bi ceps don't do chin ups. straight bar curl, bent bar curl, and single arm weight curls,-fully extend your arm don't send it half way down then lift back up go all the way down. legs squats, leg press, and if you want to do calf raises thats all you. all these work outs i gave you are pretty legit and have a high chance of success when using them. but these are all 3x sets of 6 heavy *** weight.

So my companies ESPP enrollment period is begining. Since I am new to all of this I was just wondering why would somene decide not to participate? If you're going to receive the shares at the discount you could just sell it right away right? Even if it were a disqualifying disposition and you get taxed extra, you would still end up making money. So with that said why doesn't everyone participate in the companies ESPP? Why can't I publish my WMM movie?

I have made a 13 minute movie on Windows Movie Maker on my laptop and I can't publish it anywhere. I have tried publishing it to every place it will let me USB, CD, DVD, My videos etc but it won't work. It always comes up with a message saying I should check if the place im saving to still exists, if the files used in the movie are still in the same place and if i have enough space to save it there. I have even tried to publish at the lowest quality of video which only took up several hundred megabytes. HELP?

Computer reboots when playing a DVD?

my computer very often reboots when i try to play a DVD, it doesn't reboot every time, but probably 70% of the time. what happens is as soon as i put in the disc, it recognizes it, pulls up the automatic program (interactual player for xp, and xine for fedora) and the second it should show the first frame of video there is a loud click from somewhere in the computer and it does a hard reboot, like as if i hit the reset on. i really thought this was a driver/codec issue until it did the same thing in fedora. it has no other issues playing video or reading from the drive or burning dvd's, any ideas?

Two orphan squirrels! Advice?

My sister and I rescued a baby squirrel from my cat yesterday night. Then later on the night my cat brought in another baby squirrel into the house.(She brings anything indoors) I don't know much about raising baby squirrels nor what to do with them. I want to take them to a wildlife rehabilitation center but the closest one is an hour and a half away. Plus the fact my dad is acting as if he wants to keep them as pets. I've heard stories of mother cats acting as surrogate mothers to squirrels. It so happened my mother's cat, Jiji was nursing at the time. She is a very kind cat who accepts any animal around her so she easily accepts the two baby squirrels. I let them nurse off of her every hour or so and during the times she's too busy, I feed them milk (after boiling and cooled abit) with a syringe. They are doing well so far but is there anything else I should know or do?

How do I keep my kitten from being so clingy?

I just got a new kitten. I'm not sure how old he is but I'm guessing he is about 6-7 weeks old. I found him a a pet store and felt bad for him cause he was so small and was kinda skinny. He looked to young to be sold in a pet store. He was the smallest in the group, but he could of just been the runt. I love him to death, but he is driving me crazy.....he ALWAYS has to be on my neck/face.....and when I mean always I mean always!! When he isnt on my face he crys and crys and trys climbing his way up to my face! It's sooooo annoying! He is REALLY bad when its time to go to bed, but when I try putting him in his own bed he crys and crys all night long!! I dont want him in the bed till I can get him to his vet appointment in a few days because he has diaherra (sp) and keeps stepping into it in the litter box and track everywhere! On the floor, me the bed ugh its so frustrating. How can I help him become comfortable not being under me 24/7 and using his own bed at night.....at least until we get the poop thing fixed....and even then I don't really want him trying to smother me in my sleep....but by my chest, stomach, feet is fine.

When I let my hair air dry it becomes somewhat frizzy. What can I use after a shower to reduce the friz?

I have very long hair (down to my ) and I've never used hair products on a regular basis. For a while now I've just been pulling it back when it's wet because the friz is bothersome. I would describe my hair as soft, pretty straight (maybe a slight wave), a bit thin, and not oily. When I use a hair dryer my hair is much more managable, but it take about 30 minutes to blow dry!! Any suggestions on specific products that might reduce the friz and leave the hair looking untreated? I just want to leave my hair down to dry for once. Thanks :)

My daughter, she's 5 yrs old, has a speech disability and told me that two five year year old boys in her headstart cl pulled her pants down and touched her in the and in her bottom. She attends the headstart as she has a speech clinician work with her there. Neither teacher was in cl at the time. When she came home and told me she was hurting and irritated, I took her to the ER and followed up with our pediatrician. The doctor only saw redness but no trauma. She also noticed blood in my daughter's urine as my daughter is now holding her urine as it hurts to pee. My daughter will not go back to the center, but what are my rights as the center was a state and community resource so I wasn't charged for the daycare or speech services. I've also reported this to the police and to DHS. My daughter who was very active and becoming more independent is now very aloof and quiet.

It might help to first try to relax as much as you can when you're stressed...stress does add to the unwanted blemishes.Two, just incase you didn't know, if you're a candy and sweets lover, too much sugar doesn't help either. Those chocolate cravings while on your period can be fierce..I know... but too much will make you break out. If your skin is naturally oily or somewhat oily it will help to wash your face every morning and night with some facial wash that is for oily skin. or dry. whichever you may be...as for the blackheads you could try proactive and see how it works for you...it dried my skin out, but it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. I think your team might struggle. I think you're weak at running back. I like Jones-Drew but he will share time with Fred Taylor again. Also, Thomas Jones is decent but definitely not an upper tier back. In my opinion, RB is the most important fantasy position and you should build your team around them. Romo should put up great numbers again this year, so I'd say you're set at QB. I am a little skeptical of your WR's though. They say Harrison has looked good and could return to form from 2 years ago, but I think he is a risk considering his age and last year's injury. Boldin should be solid, but he isn't happy in Arizona. I'm not a big Reggie Brown fan. If Chris Perry is available, drop Kenny Watson and pick him up because Perry will be the starter. I work in HR, my first job out of college in my field. An employee calls/emails/stops by all the time to ask about internal job postings. She asks every single question imaginable. However if you considering sociology or psychology as a foundation degree then my advice to you is do not waste your time or money. NHS is cutting jobs including the mental health trusts and without at least a masters degree in psychology there is almost no job prospects in the UK in that field. There are some "loose-lay" vinyl floors that are designed to be installed without adhesive. If your floor has a white foam or hard slippery backing it may one of these. When installing loose-lay, the tape you mentioned should be installed only in doorways, along seams, and underneath appliances. Also it should have a 1/4" gap around the perimeter so that the contraction of your walls in the wintertime does not cause the floor to wrinkle. If the floor has a grey felt back it must be glued. And this means the entire surface. Vinyl can also be acceptably installed over old vinyl but the old must be prepped with cementatious floor patch to prevent the pattern of the old floor from showing. Definitely sounds like bad work.

Hey im 14 6 months ago i asked a question about benching 205 now im benching 235. I just started lifting agin about 2 months ago. I didnt use any supplements when i hit 205 or just recently when i hit 235 in my bench. I weigh 245 but i think with some xyience protein(I JUST GOT) and a couple of hard months of lifting i can reach my weight and the 260-270 or more mark. i started my job about 7 months ago and am just a very quiet, shy person by nature initially but warm up once i am friendly with someone. only now, am i starting to have people to semi-chat with. i think maybe 2 people introduced themselves to me when i started and as a result i just never talked to anyone because i am very insecure and awkward and figured they just didnt want to talk with me. ive also been through some personal issues that i dont bring to work but that effect my mood and interactions with people as well as self-esteem, so i probably seem like a moody, weird, solitary freak to these people. there's only about 10 other women in my office and they are all older (i am 25) or much younger interns who just are not friendly. they are not mean but i could tell they dont like me. how do i remedy this situation and let people see that i am a nice, fairly normal girl despite everything?

So I am trying to lay off the tanning beds so I did some research on self-tanners and decided to give Hawaiian Tropic's Island Radiance Creme Lotion a try. I got it in medium dark because I am in dire need of a tan. I've seen my younger sister use many self-tanners with horrible results so as you can imagine, I was a bit skeptical... But a majority of the reviews online seemed reuring so I went ahead got a bottle. I applied it last night before I went to bed and waited thirty minutes for it to dry (I didn't want to risk any blotchiness). I am really happy with the results for the most part. My entire body (except for my hands) got this even medium tan. My palms and my finger tips... look like an oompa loompa! The top of my fingers are darker than the top of my hand... basically, its a disaster. Haha. On the back of the bottle it says to wash your hands thoroughly. I thought that baby wipes would do just the same as warm water and soap. I am guessing I shouldn't have done that... Does anyone have any tips on how to apply self-tanner evenly on your hands? Also, what is the best way to touch-up mistakes? I need all the advice I can get!

I do not do drugs but I do drink. Last night I had literally 8 beers over 9 hours. After my last beer it was about four or five hours before I walked into work. Hi , I am applying as a transfer student to study linguistic. I took 8 years of Spanish, I started right after I finish primary school. I am now fluent. I also took a semester of Spanish in college. I also took 3 years of Latin ,4 years of Italian and a semester of Arabic. I am Trilingual but English and the languages above are not my mother tongues. I am going to take Greek this semester. I am really into languages and my parents always pushed me to this direction. Now I don't know if I shold list the languages as EC or should i just add a little note, stating how long I have been taking foreign languages. At the same time, I don't want the school to think that I am bragging. To me language is the simplest and easiest thing to learn .
