Some one at rite aid pharmacy told a mutual friend about my privet condition, can i sue them for that?

ok, about a month ago i went to rite aide pharmacy to get a perscription filled for an STD, one of the people behind the counter new me and told one of my friends about what i have. i was doing what needed to be done to get ride of it privetly, yet now my name is tarnished cause now my business isnt privet anymore. im an definitly considering sueing Rite Aide for this cause i studied nursing and i learned that this my be a HIPPA violation. and Wondering is it worth it, or should i just bare with it?
