Fitness Plan - What do you all think ????
for chest you bench, dumb bell bench, flys, x3 sets. for back dead lift, pull ups, rows. Triceps get a good work out from chest so i would recommend just skull crushers. for bi ceps don't do chin ups. straight bar curl, bent bar curl, and single arm weight curls,-fully extend your arm don't send it half way down then lift back up go all the way down. legs squats, leg press, and if you want to do calf raises thats all you. all these work outs i gave you are pretty legit and have a high chance of success when using them. but these are all 3x sets of 6 heavy *** weight.
