I think Gymnastic coaches is talking behind my back?

Ok well when I was at pratctice one of the coaches came up to my coach a said " yeah I was laughing because I was making fun of daniels..." that's all he said and looked at me and he was like what? And I said I just heard my name and he was acting like I was a 6 year old saying like no you didn't hear me say that and I would never say anything about you and my coach didn't even say anything he just started to laugh when the othe coach said the thing about me, I wanted to to tell him I wasn't stupid and he didn't have to talk to me like a stupid kid but I know I would get in trouble and it just bothers me. I don't wanna quit just because of that but idk I just bothers me
