Why do Asians have slanted eyes?

I don't know what it called, but it's kinda of hybrid since thousands years ago. The people in north-east india are not look like indian. They look like chinese people. Some people in Thailand, Cambodia...look like Indian and some like African, but they are truely south east Asian.
