I have a bulging lumber 5 disc?

i had an incident at work seveal years ago and didnt put a claim in,it is in the accident book but its gone 3years as i thought it might jeporidise my job at the time. iv got a bulging lumber 5 disc which causes me probs from time to time. Im a strong person and plod along to work no matter what i feel and get on with it .Im now in the middle of a consoltation period of being made reduntant and im worried about getting another job with a back problem. Is anyone going to take me on or do i just lie throu my application form and interview about my health issues? im 35
