Help with my fancy goldfish?

if hes bloated it could be internal parisites, although every time ive had that problem my fish wouldnt eat. you would need to quaranteen him to treat him for this. try changing the diet up, offer some frozen foods. i doubt you have any aggressive fish but if hes getting picked on that could be a problem as well
