Your urinalysis looks good, as far as the diabetes goes. The turbidity,WBCs, protein and casts are likely due to the infection. See your physician to treat the infection and discuss why you might be so prone. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes are often prone to UTIs but, like I said yours looks to be under control urine wise.
