Which Animal/Cartoon movie is this?

i remember watching a cartoon movie a long time ago and it had something to do with a badger teacher and his students were a mouse a mole and a porcupine. and the kids had to go on a journey to find the cure to their teachers' nieces ailments. they built a flying machine and thats all i remember.
