What is the name of this alcoholic drink?

Dom it is called Goldschlager and it is a cinnamon based liqueur. it is 40% and the cutting the back of your throat thing is an urban myth. Sounds good but totally rubbish. Also I've never heard of anyones hand being stamped once they have had it and you can certainly have more than 1.
