Can you guys advise me? I don't know how tell that to the admission office?

Hi , I am applying as a transfer student to study linguistic. I took 8 years of Spanish, I started right after I finish primary school. I am now fluent. I also took a semester of Spanish in college. I also took 3 years of Latin ,4 years of Italian and a semester of Arabic. I am Trilingual but English and the languages above are not my mother tongues. I am going to take Greek this semester. I am really into languages and my parents always pushed me to this direction. Now I don't know if I shold list the languages as EC or should i just add a little note, stating how long I have been taking foreign languages. At the same time, I don't want the school to think that I am bragging. To me language is the simplest and easiest thing to learn . That's my strength and it's one of the reason that I want to transfer. I want to add linguistic to my major and become an interpreter. Will the college gives any value or look my language experience well?By the way I am an international student
