Hey im 14 6 months ago i asked a question about benching 205 now im benching 235. I just started lifting agin about 2 months ago. I didnt use any supplements when i hit 205 or just recently when i hit 235 in my bench. I weigh 245 but i think with some xyience protein(I JUST GOT) and a couple of hard months of lifting i can reach my weight and the 260-270 or more mark. Hey i was wondering if that was good for a 14 year old to be benching 235 and if you think i can make my goal of 260-270 or more mark. Thanks.
