EU Citzenship with Hungarian Wife !?

Hungarians are allowed to stay and work in England without any special papers. A Hungarian doesn't need a visa for all these. But to become a Hungarian citizen, you have to speak the language, make a citizenship test, being married to your wife for 5 years if I remember right and you have to live in Hungary for 8 years altogether.
