What shall i do now hes messin with me?

i have been meeting somebody on and off for over 3 years.He ignores me when he feels like it for no apparent reason,and he sells drugs and takes steriods.Anyway he came over about 3 weeks ago and we went for a drive and gave him then chatted for ages and he said il come over and have a dvd night.Anyways he ignored me since wouldnt reply to my texts.So friday i txt and said "fair does you dont want to speak il delete your number "and he txt back and said "fine!",so i said "why havent you spoke " and he says "you havent spoke to me"lies because ive sent 4 texts and got ignored.so i text and say "why are you being like this to me"and he didnt relpy.then today he text me and said "the reason i havent spoke is because last time i saw you,it seemed like you didnt care.Im confused what shal i do now?
