Help! I have to write an essay for English?

I have to write a persuasive essay for english on the topic "This is the best way to make pizza." We were given these topics. I dont even know what "this" is or how the best way is! How would I write that? We have to have an introductory paragraph, three paragraphs that include three points on why "this is the best way to make pizza" and then a conclusion paragraph. I suck at persuasive. Help?!
