Chemistry: Phosphorus Pentafluoride?

I have to write a paper in chemistry on Phosphorus pentafluoride. And i need to know something about the VSPER or something.. im so confused and fustrated somebody help me explain how to do the vsper method on phosphorus pentaflouride. THANKS EVERYONE
